Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. On ruku1952.de, we deliver within Germany and on ruku1952.at, we deliever within Austria. To order in Italy, visit ruku1952.it. For orders to the United States, go to ruku1952.us.

Shipping within mainland Germany is free. For deliveries to Austria, the following rates apply:

Once we receive your payment, we prepare your order for shipping. Delivery usually takes about 7 business days.

Our items are typically shipped in cardboard boxes. Larger orders are packed and delivered on pallets.

Of course! The delivery and billing address do not have to be identical. During checkout, you have the option to enter a delivery address and a separate billing address.

Unfortunately, delivery to post offices, parcel stations or PO boxes is not possible.

Within Germany and Austria, we ship as standard with the logistics provider C.E. Noerpel GmbH. Only our plastic gliders, repair kits, beer bench cushions and beer table covers are sent via the logistics provider DPD.

The freight carrier delivers to kerbside only. Please unpack the delivery immediately in the presence of the delivery drivers and check the items for damage. Later complaints will not be accepted by the carrier. Make sure to note any damage on the delivery documents.

 

Please note: If the delivery drivers are unwilling to wait, indicate on the delivery documents that you are accepting the goods with reservations.
