Orders

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email summarising the details of your order. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send a shipping notification. The freight carrier will then provide a separate email with the precise delivery date.

If you wish to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.

 

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email listing your purchased items.
If you created a customer account during the order process, you can view your order at any time under My Account > Orders.

You can view all your past orders under My Account > Orders. To do so, log in with your email and password.

All items come with an instruction manual.

The statutory warranty period for your items is 2 years from the date of receipt. If you receive goods with visible defects, please report them immediately to avoid any misunderstandings.
