You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. If the goods are delivered in separate shipments, the cancellation period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the final item.

If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to cancel. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods no later than 30 days after notifying us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.

The right of cancellation does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
